IML بسته بندي آينده    |   2009-04-11   | Visited (153) | Rate (0) Description: IML براي سازندگان محصولات مختلف، هميشه از اهميت بسيار بالايي برخوردار بوده است چرا که جلب نظر مصرف کنندگان و خريداران در نگاه اول مي تواند کمک شاياني به فروش يک محصول کند. به صورت سنتي براي تزئين يک محصول، ليبل مورد نظر به صورت جداگانه چاپ و بر روي محصول چسبانيده مي شود و البته وجود خود ليبل از اهميت به سزايي برخوردار است چرا که ليبل وظيفه اطلاع رساني در مورد محصول را بر عهده دارد. طي دو دهه اخير تلاش هاي بسياري در جهت يکپارچه سازي فرآيند توليد ظرف با توليد ليبل صورت گرفت و نتيجه حاصله IML يا IMD نام گرفت که به معني تزئين و يا ليبل زني درون قالب ، هم زمان با توليد ظرف مي باشد. با ابداع اين روش امروزه اکثر توليد کنندگان به جاي استفاده از ليزر براي نشانه گذاري و يا حک بر روي ظرف و يا چسبانيدن ليبل با مواد چسبنده، از اين روش سود مي برند آنها به راحتي يک ليبل را درون قالب قرار داده و مواد را در پشت آن تزريق مي کنند و به اين ترتيب 3 فرآيند توليد برچسب، چسباندن آن بر روي ظرف و توليد ظرف، همگي در يک مرحله صورت مي پذيرند ...
